Please read these Terms of Service ('Terms') carefully before using the Tint Consent platform ('Service') operated by Tint Consent ('we', 'us', or 'our'). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period, with or without prior notice.
Subscriptions & Billing
Certain features of the Service are available on a subscription basis. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our Pricing page.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
If you signed up for a free trial, your trial period will be specified at sign-up. At the end of the trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
You must not use the Service to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material, or engage in any form of spam or phishing.
You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
You must not use the Service to store or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tint Consent and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you collect and store through the Service (including customer consent records) is handled in compliance with all applicable privacy and data protection laws.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tint Consent and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
